Yes. Dogs of any age learn commands. Adult dogs bring habits, so the first 2 sessions find each habit and its trigger. In sessions 3 to 12 we teach a command to replace the habit. You practise the command at home, 10 minutes, 2 times a day, between sessions.

We work with dogs that growl, lunge or bite at people or dogs. The first session is an assessment at Rs 1,500: we watch the dog, find the triggers and write a plan. Plans run 6 – 10 sessions. A dog that has bitten a person needs a vet check before training.

Board & train means your dog stays in one of our 12 suites and trains with a K9 trainer every day. It costs Rs 2,700 a day: Rs 1,200 for the night stay and Rs 1,500 for the session. You join a handover lesson each week so your dog obeys you at home.

Obedience teaches 8 commands: name, sit, down, stay, come, heel, leave it and drop it. Your dog learns to walk on a lead without pulling and to wait at doors and gates. Week 6 ends with a test: each command, 3 times, with you on the lead.

Obedience takes 6 weeks: 12 sessions, 2 a week, 1 hour each. Puppy class takes 4 weeks. Behaviour plans take 6 – 10 sessions. Results depend on practice: 10 minutes, 2 times a day, between sessions. Board & train dogs train every day, with a handover lesson each week.

Sessions take place at Supreme Pet Home, Kapan Ram Mandir, Budhanilkantha-11, in the play yard and on the agility course. In weeks 4 and 5 we walk the lanes of Kapan so your dog learns around bikes, people and street dogs. Ride is priced by distance: send your map pin on WhatsApp for a quote.
