On this website
- No forms, no accounts, no payments. You can’t type personal details into this website. Bookings happen on WhatsApp, by phone or at the centre.
- Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits. It records the pages you view, your approximate location (city and country), your device and browser, how you reached the site, and clicks on WhatsApp, call, directions and our FAQs. It does not record your name or phone number.
- Cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies (named
_ga) to tell new visits from returning ones. It runs only on www.supremepethome.com, starts after your first tap or a few seconds, and sets no other cookies. We don’t use advertising cookies. - Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site. Like every web host, it handles your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks.
When you book or visit
We collect only what we need to look after your dog:
- your name, phone number and WhatsApp or Viber account
- your address or map pin, if you book Ride
- an emergency contact
- your dog’s name, breed, age, weight, health, food, medicine and behaviour
- a copy or photo of the vaccination card
- payment records and receipts
- photos and videos of your dog during a stay, groom or training session
- recordings from the security cameras at the centre, which run 24 hours
Why we use it
- to book, care for and return your dog
- to send you updates, photos and receipts
- to reach you or a vet in an emergency
- to keep accounts, as Nepal’s tax law requires
- to keep dogs, staff and visitors safe
- to see which pages help people, so we can improve the website
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
Who sees it
- our staff who need it for your booking
- a vet, if your dog needs care
- Google (Analytics), Meta (WhatsApp), Rakuten Viber, Cloudflare (hosting), and eSewa, Khalti or Fonepay when you pay with them. Each handles data under its own privacy policy.
- authorities, only when the law requires it
Photos on social media
We may post photos and videos of the dogs in our care on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We don’t post people’s faces without asking. Tell us if you don’t want your dog’s photos posted, and we’ll remove any we have posted.
How long we keep it
- Booking and dog records: while you use our services, then up to 2 years after your last booking, so we know your dog next time.
- Payment records: as long as Nepal’s tax law requires.
- Camera recordings: a short time, then they are recorded over.
- Google Analytics: at most 14 months, then Google deletes it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We delete everything that the law doesn’t require us to keep.
- Ask us to stop posting your dog’s photos.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The website works the same without cookies.
